QA CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY

At Qurban Africa, operated by FAKT Impex Inc., we are committed to fulfilling your religious obligations with the highest level of integrity. Because our services involve the procurement of live animals and time-sensitive logistics, our refund policy is designed to balance donor trust with the operational realities of livestock management in Africa.

1. Cancellation Deadlines

  • Qurbani (Eid al-Adha): Cancellations are only accepted up to 7 days prior to the first day of Eid al-Adha. After this cutoff, we are unable to cancel orders as livestock has already been procured and allocated to your name.

  • Aqiqah & Sadaqah: Cancellations are accepted up to 3 days prior to the scheduled sacrifice date.

  • How to Cancel: All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to info@qurbanafrica.com or via your User Dashboard.

2. Refund Eligibility & Gateway Fees

  • Net Refunds: Approved refunds are issued for the net amount received by the Company.

  • Non-Refundable Fees: You explicitly acknowledge that PayPal and Stripe transaction fees (typically 2.9% + $0.30) are retained by the payment processors and are non-refundable. Any refund issued will be the original amount minus these third-party processing fees.

  • Unavailability: In the extremely rare event that FAKT Impex Inc. is unable to fulfill a sacrifice due to total regional supply failure, a full refund (including gateway fees where possible) will be offered, or you may choose to redirect your donation to another region.

3. Non-Refundable Scenarios

No refunds will be entertained in the following instances:

  • Requests made after the 7-day pre-Eid cutoff.

  • Dissatisfaction with the biological attributes (size, weight, or color) of the animal, as these are natural biological entities.

  • Delays in receiving video/photo proof due to local internet or logistical issues in rural Africa, provided the sacrifice has been verified as completed.

  • Claims made after the sacrifice has been executed (The Finality of Religious Act).

4. Errors in Nomination

If you have entered the wrong name for the sacrifice, please contact us via WhatsApp or Email within 24 hours of placing the order. We will correct the name in our system at no extra charge. Please refer to the 48-hour name-correction deadline in our Terms & Conditions.

5. Refund Processing Time

  • Once approved, refunds are initiated immediately to the original payment source.

  • It may take 7 to 21 working days for the funds to reflect in your account, depending on your bank’s processing times. FAKT Impex Inc. is not responsible for any delays caused by the donor’s financial institution.

6. Fraudulent Chargebacks

Any attempt to initiate a “chargeback” via a bank or credit card provider without first contacting our support team will be viewed as a breach of the Wakalah agreement. We will provide our recorded PPS (Personalized Proof of Sacrifice) evidence, your digital audit trail, and these signed Terms to the financial institution to contest such claims and protect our corporate integrity.
