  • Fraud Alert: Qurban Africa never solicits donations through personal bank accounts, cryptocurrency, or unofficial social media handles. Any website or individual using our credentials outside of the www.qurbanafrica.com domain is committing fraud.

  • Legal Recourse: We will aggressively pursue legal action against any “clone” websites or entities found to be misrepresenting themselves as FAKT Impex Inc. under international copyright and cyber-fraud laws.

3. Religious & Shariah Compliance

  • Agency Model (Wakalah): By using our service, you agree that you are appointing FAKT Impex Inc. as your Wakil (Agent). Our responsibility is to fulfill the sacrifice according to established Shariah guidelines.

  • Imam Supervision: While we ensure that all animals are inspected by qualified local Imams, the final acceptance of any religious act lies with Allah (SWT). We act as facilitators in a “best-effort” capacity to ensure 100% compliance.

4. Livestock & Operational Variations

  • Biological Variation: Livestock are living beings; therefore, exact weights, colors, and horn shapes cannot be guaranteed and will naturally vary. Our commitment is to ensure the animal meets the minimum age and health requirements for a valid Qurbani/Aqiqah.

  • Substitution Clause: In the event of localized livestock shortages or health outbreaks, FAKT Impex Inc. reserves the right to substitute a selected animal with one of equal or greater value, or to move the sacrifice to a neighboring region to ensure the donor’s religious obligation is fulfilled before the end of the Eid period.

5. Force Majeure & Logistical Limitations

FAKT Impex Inc. and its ground teams in Africa shall not be held liable for any failure to perform or delay in performance caused by “Acts of God” or events beyond our reasonable control, including:

  • Severe weather, floods, or natural disasters.

  • Government-mandated livestock lockdowns or border closures.

  • Sudden political instability or civil unrest in the distribution regions.

  • Internet or telecommunications outages that may delay the delivery of PPS (Personalized Proof of Sacrifice) videos.

6. Proof of Sacrifice (PPS) Disclaimer

While we prioritize providing individual photo and video proof, it is not a “condition” of the religious validity of the sacrifice.

  • Technical Failures: Delays in video delivery due to rural African logistics do not constitute a failure of service, provided the Company verifies that the sacrifice was completed.

  • Privacy: All PPS materials are for the private use of the donor. Unauthorized commercial use or public broadcast of our distribution videos by third parties is prohibited.
