  • Unauthorized Use: Our registration details, tax IDs, and office addresses are proprietary. Any use of these details by third parties to solicit funds or misrepresent our brand is considered “Identity Theft” and “Corporate Fraud.”

  • Legal Action: We monitor global domains for “clones.” Unauthorized use of our corporate data will be prosecuted under the Computer Crimes Act 1997 (Malaysia) and the Malaysian Communications and Multimedia Act 1998.

3. Information We Collect

We only collect data that is necessary for the fulfillment of the Qurban/Aqiqah/Sadaqah services:

  • Personal Identification: Full name, email address, phone number (for WhatsApp/SMS updates).

  • Religious Data: The “Nominated Name” (Niyyah) for whom the sacrifice is performed.

  • Technical Data: IP address, browser type, and cookies (for website functionality and security).

  • Transaction Records: Payment confirmation IDs (Note: We never see or store your full Credit Card numbers; these are handled exclusively by Stripe and PayPal).

4. Legal Basis for Processing

We process your data under the following legal frameworks:

  • Contractual Necessity: To fulfill the Wakalah (Agency) agreement you enter when booking a sacrifice.

  • Legal Obligation: To comply with the Labuan Financial Services Authority (LFSA) requirements for financial record-keeping.

  • Consent: When you opt-in to receive reports via WhatsApp or Email.

5. International Data Transfers

As an international service, your data travels across borders:

  • From Donor to Malaysia: For administrative and financial auditing by Nazim & Co.

  • From Malaysia to Africa: To our ground teams (e.g., in Namibia, Tanzania, or Malawi) to ensure the correct name is mentioned during the sacrifice.

  • Data Safeguards: We ensure all regional partners adhere to strict confidentiality agreements to protect donor identity.

6. Use of Third-Party Processors

We utilize high-security partners to manage your data:

  • Payment Gateways: Stripe and PayPal (PCI-DSS Compliant).

  • Communication: WhatsApp (End-to-End Encrypted) for PPS video delivery.

  • Professional Oversight: Hans Advisory & Trust Co Ltd (Secretarial) and Nazim & Co (Accounting).

7. Data Retention & “The Right to Be Forgotten”

  • Marketing Data: You may request deletion from our newsletters at any time.

  • Statutory Records: Under Labuan Business Activity Tax Act 1990, we are legally required to retain financial transaction records (including your name and order details) for seven (7) years. These records are archived securely and are not used for marketing.
