1. Minimum and Maximum Age:
- A goat should be at least 1 year old (fully grown).
- No strict upper age limit, but the animal must be healthy, mature, and free from major defects.
2. Shares and Participation:
- Each goat is sacrificed by one person only.
- Unlike cows, goats cannot be shared, emphasizing the personal nature of the sacrifice.
3. Condition of the Goat:
- Must be healthy and fit for sacrifice.
- Defects that make a goat unsuitable include:
- Blindness
- Severe illness
- Broken horns or significant deformities
- The goat should be free from signs of weakness or poor health, ensuring the meat is suitable for consumption.
4. Distribution of Meat:
- Similar to other animals, meat is ideally divided into three parts:
- Family
- Friends and relatives
- The poor and needy
- This ensures the act of Qurbani fulfills its spiritual, social, and charitable purpose.
5. This is a service-based religious offering. FAKT Impex Inc. (LL18894) provides the procurement, sacrifice, and charitable distribution of the meat in Africa. We do not ship or deliver live animals to the customer.
